White Chocolate Refrigerator Cookies

Orange Peanut Butter Cookies

Coffee Madelines

What's in it :
  • Coffee
  • Sugar

The madeline pan is SUPER EXPENSIVE. Costs about $25. In the end i bought one that it's bear shaped and costs $11. Still... well... i can say that my madelines are really unique and will appeal to kids. Heh.

Here's the blurry picture of it, fresh from the oven. It has enough coffee in it to give you a good kick, so my sister says.
BEARY BEARY GOOOOOD...

Chocolate Chip Cookies - Supposed to be flecked.. lazy to chop.

As the title said, I was supposed to chop up the chocolate so that it'll appear as flecks in the cookies. Being lazy as usual, I bought chocolate chips and threw that into the mix.

TA-DA!

I messed up the size.. 'tbsp' and 'tsp'. Guess what those meant...
"table spoon" and "teaspoon" respectively. Can you believe it!!!
The cookies should've been teaspoon - drop onto baking sheet. All the time it was baking, I was hoping they wouldn't expand and get stuck together.

COMPLTE!

Honey Walnut Brownies

Though they turned out a little crumbly, the taste is great. I used wild honey, so the brownies wasn't too sweet. In fact, there a a slight tang to it. i figured since there was honey in it, wouldn't it be sweet to make one in a heart shape? Hence what you see above. And the rest of the batter went into the baking pan below. If I make this again i think I'll use old fashioned honey instead of the wild honey. No tang, but maybe the brownies will be more moist. My assumption.

Other than honey, there're walnuts, of which my Dad bought 1KG worth.

Sigh. Never ever ask a male to buy baking foodstuffs for you. It's either wrong, too much, or just plain unbought. Still, with a huge bag of walnuts, there's no need for me to buy any more for a long while. Long term savings. Is this Daddy's foresight? Was I mistaken?? Hmmm...

Meanwhile, feast your eyes on the steaming-fresh-from-the-oven brownies.
